about

Our research into the exploits of the Stopwatch Gang spans the past six years. Our filmed interviews include FBI and law enforcement officials as well as former neighbors and friends. Many times accounts of the gang focus on their most famous heists, often paraphrased from America's Most Wanted or Unsolved Mysteries. In addition to the international headlines about the most successful bank robbers in North American history, we delved into their secret lives, friendships and their hideout in Oak Creek Canyon in Sedona, Arizona, where their friends believed them to be successful rock concert promoters. Our sources have shared personal photos and letters from Stopwatch Gang members which reveal a story of greater complexity and poignancy than newspaper headlines ever revealed.
